Sourced from smallholder farmers across Colombia and naturally decaffeinated using the renowned Sugarcane (EA) process, this coffee retains the sweetness, body and character that make Colombian coffees so beloved. The result is a beautifully balanced cup with notes of milk chocolate, caramel and subtle sweet fruit, finished with a smooth, lingering sweetness. 

At Amstel Koffie, I roast this coffee to a carefully developed medium profile. Not too light, where acidity can dominate, and not too dark, where bitterness takes over. My goal is simple: create a harmonious cup where sweetness, body and flavour work together in perfect balance.
